We stumbled upon The Tippler’s Arms which is a pet friendly bar in Tokyo. A couple minutes walk from the Azabu-juban station or 15 minutes from Roppongi station making it very convenient. The Tippler’s Arms is a British style bar and although quite small it was a nice place to hang out.
Dogs are allowed inside, although with the stroller it was easier for us to sit next to the door. The weather was lovely when we visited so it was nice to sit indoor/outdoor.

Open until midnight Sunday – Tuesday and 2am from Wednesday to Saturday it’s a great option if you are looking for a late night bar and are in the area. As we had to get the train home, we didn’t stay that late.
We only had drinks as we’d been to Gostoso Churrascaria but they do have a food menu so we’ll have to come back to try it. The Sunday Roast looked particularly good. Prices are pretty standard for a British themed bar, a little on the high side compared to other izakaya’s but there’s not a lot of British pet friendly bars around. So we’d definitely recommend it.
