Madame Green Seafood restaurant is in Khao Takiab area of Hua Hin. We were staying at the hotel next door so found it very easily. It is located directly on the beach so when taking your walks you can easily spot it. We walked in directly from the beach after my afternoon walkies for lunch. My pawrents asked if I could come in and the staff said no problem. I was even allowed to sit at the table, how lucky was I?! It’s not often you get somewhere that allows you to sit at the table, what a treat. Maybe after covid when the restaurant becomes busy again they may not allow this, but I was going to take full advantage whilst I could.

The Menu
The menu was huge, there was so much to choose from. As the restaurant name suggests, the majority of options are seafood. I imagine that before covid this place was popular with big tour groups as the tables are set up to cater for large groups of people. I love seafood so I was excited to see what my pawrents chose. They decided to go for a few dishes to share. They chose the Thai fishcakes (200 baht), fried rice with crabmeat (150 baht) and boiled rice soup with prawns (200 baht). The prices were a bit high for Thai food but you are directly on an amazing beach. It also seemed like a touristy restaurant so prices will always be higher.
The Food
I couldn’t wait to see all the yummy food. I didn’t have to wait long at all. It only took about 15 minutes before the food arrived. The restaurant was quiet with only 2 other tables in. My pawrents told me that the food was really delicious. Unfortuantely I wasn’t allowed to have any as all of the food had either chilli or garlic or both. This was really sad times. At least I got to sniff at it!
No food went to waste and everything was gobbled up quickly. Whilst the prices may have been a bit on the higher side for Thai food, it was worth it and the pawrents were left very full. So full in fact they didn’t even have any dinner that night!
I would definitely come back here again. Although maybe next time I’d ask my pawrents to choose something that I could taste so I could let you all know how delicious the food is for myself.

Don’t forget to check out other pet friendly places in Hua Hin here and I will be finding new places to add soon. That’s all for now, woof woof, Wylie x
