This week I got to try out Dog Vibes dog park which I had been told about by Chico the Westie. This place is located conveniently within walking distance to my new condo so I was super excited to check this place out. Mammy had been to register me last week and had to show my vaccination certificate before I would be allowed to play.

The dog park itself is huge, it is the biggest dog park I’ve ever been to. I was overwhelmed with all the space I had to run around in.
It was so big it doesn’t all fit into the picture! The grass is real grass too.
Price
Usually for access to the park the cost is 300 baht per day and you can go back as many times as you like throughout the day. At the moment, they have a special offer and it was only 99 baht. I think 300 baht is a bit expensive compared to other parks, but it’s understandable as did I mention the space is absolutely huge?! 99 baht I feel is a good price and I will go back more often during this special offer than I would at the full price.

When I first entered the park I stayed on my lead as there were quite a few big dogs already inside. There were a lot of bigger dogs doing doggy daycare.
When I entered they all ran over to me to check out the new boy. I was quite overwhelmed and let them have a low growl so they knew not to mess with me.
The Space
Mammy decided to try to get me away from the other doggos. To have some more space and make sure I didn’t get upset. One big dog kept trying to hump me though and wouldn’t leave me alone. So I was starting to get a bit angry. But thankfully one of the staff realised and took him away back into the daycare area.

Once I calmed down I took off my lead and got to run around on my own. There was another small dog that I went to say hello to. I am a lot more friendly around small dogs so was much happier.
As we went midweek the park was pretty quiet. But can you eagle eyed readers spot who was also in the park?! Yup, my arch nemises, a German Shepherd! I am so unlucky!!!
The German Shepherd had it’s muzzle on and his lead but it made me very nervous still as well as my pawrents. I am sure she was lovely. She did have a fight with one of the other doggos so it kind of spoilt my experience as mammy didn’t really want me running round freely. We moved to the other side of the park as there was so much space. Thankfully I don’t really go too far away from my pawrents so still got plenty of space to run.
In total, I spent about 1 and a half hours here just sitting and chilling in the garden. It was nice to have some big outdoor space and some new areas to roam around in.
Other activities
There’s lots of other things available here too which I am hoping to try out over the next few weeks. They have a swimming pool, a well stocked shop, a ballpool, doggy daycare, doggy hotel. What I am most excited to test is the mud spa! Yes a mud spa where I can get absolutely filthy. Mammy isn’t quite so looking forward to that one though!
Suggestion for Improvement
My one suggestion to the dog park would be to have different days or times when only small dogs are allowed and others when only big dogs are allowed. It’s quite daunting being small and being surrounded by big dogs. I would be a lot more comfortable if I knew it was only going to be small dogs there. Even though we still may fight, it would be a lot fairer fight hehe
Dog Vibes has since moved location. I haven’t checked it out yet but I’ve been told it’s a lot smaller. Maybe next time I am in Bangkok I will check it out.
If you like the Hawaiian shirt I’m wearing check it out in my shop. Stay tuned for next week’s adventure, until then woof woof for now x
